Premises Licence Review Hearings in Terms of Section 38 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 Minutes: The Board was reminded that premises licence holders were obliged to pay an annual fee by 01 October 2015. Failure to pay the fee is a breach of the mandatory conditions of the licence in terms of Schedule 3, Paragraph 10 of the 2005 Act.
