Ms Weir, Solicitor for the applicant, addressed the Board in support of the application.

 

Thereafter the Board heard Sergeant Gill Flett speak to the letter.  Sergeant Flett recommending change to young person’s access to which the applicant agreed.  Thereafter hearing from Andrew Gilchrist, Environmental Health in relation to the environmental health memo.  Environmental Health and the applicant agreed to a condition to be added to the licence.

To grant the application with the amendment and with an environmental health condition.

The Board had before it a letter of representation from Police Scotland dated 26 July 2017 a letter of objection from NHS Grampian dated 17 July 2017 and two public objections.

 

Mr Fraser, solicitor for the applicant, addressed the Board in support of the application.

 

Thereafter, Sergeant Flett spoke to the letter of representation, Mrs Wilson spoke to the letter of objection and Mr Gordon to his letter of objection, there was no appearance from the second objector.

to grant the variation to children’s access being a minor variation but to refuse the remainder of the application on the Convenor’s casting vote as not consistent with the Licensing Board policy on significant entertainment.
