Premises Licence Review in terms of Section 38 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005

Minutes:

The Board was reminded that premises licence holders were obligated to pay an annual fee by 01 October 2016.  Failure to pay the fee is a breach of mandatory conditions of the licence in terms of schedule 3, Paragraph 10 of the 2005 Act .
