The Board had before them for their consideration a letter of representation from Police Scotland.

The Board heard from Archie McIvor, Solicitor, in support of the application and thereafter Sergeant Wood, Police Scotland in support of their letter and from Gordon Spence, Building Standards.

To grant the application subject to the local condition in respect of Drugs Policy.

The Board had before them for their consideration a letter for representation dated 24 December 2018 from Police Scotland and a letter dated 21 December 2018 from Environmental Health 2018 and an email dated 11 January 2019 from a member of the public.

The Board heard from the public objector in support of their objection before hearing from Caroline Loudon, Solicitor in support of the application and thereafter Police Scotland in support of their representation and Environmental Health in support of their representation.

The Board were informed by Mr Alexander Munro, Legal advisor, that the premises had failed to pay its annual fee despite repeated attempts from the Licensing Standards Officer to contact the Licence Holder without success.

The Board were informed by Mr Alexander Munro, Legal advisor, that the premises had failed to pay its annual fee. The Licensing Standards Officer was informed that the premises was closed but no further correspondence has been received from the Licence Holder.
