The Board heard from Mr Alexander Munro, Legal advisor, that a late public objection dated 11 January 2019 was received – the Board heard from the Objector the reasons why the objection was late and:

To accept the late objection

 

The Board had before them for their consideration a letter for representation dated 24 December 2018 from Police Scotland and a letter dated 21 December 2018 from Environmental Health 2018 and an email dated 11 January 2019 from a member of the public.

 

The Board heard from the public objector in support of their objection before hearing from Caroline Loudon, Solicitor in support of the application and thereafter Police Scotland in support of their representation and Environmental Health in support of their representation.

 

The Board resolved:

 

To grant the application.
