Off Sales Overprovision Policy Discussion Minutes: The Board had before it for its consideration responses to the consultation on setting the Board Policy regarding Off Sales Overprovision within Aberdeen City.
The Board considered all the consultation responses and the legal position.
The Board resolved that:
(i) The evidence available did not currently support a finding of overprovision within the Board’s area and; (ii) To write to the Scottish Government to express concerns with the legislative requirements around overprovision. . |
