Premises Licence Review - Fittie Bar Minutes: The Board heard from Sandy Munro, Depute Clerk to the Board that the Personal Licence and Premises Licence Reviews brought by Police Scotland had since been withdrawn. The Personal Licence had been revoked due to the failure of the licence holder to complete the statutory training. The Premises Review had been withdrawn as the licence holder had carried out satisfactory remedial works. |

Minutes: The Board heard from Sandy Munro, Depute Clerk to the Board that the application had attracted an objection from the LSO.
Police Scotland had suggested five conditions to be imposed on the licence which the applicant had accepted.
The Convenor moved to refuse the application. No one moved anything otherwise.
The Board resolved: To refuse the application on the grounds that they did not consider the event warranted an extension to the Core Hours. They felt the General Direction covered the additional hours required. |
