Minutes: Mr Munro, solicitor for the Board, advised the Board this was a variation application for an internal re configuration. The application had not attracted any representations and was in line with Board Policy. The applicant had therefore been advised his attendance was not required and had decided to take this opportunity.

Variation of Premises Licence - Trinity Hall, Holburn Street, Aberdeen, AB10 6DA PDF 55 KB Minutes: Mr Munro advised the Board the applicant already had a club licence but were now looking to open up their offering to non-members. The club will surrender their existing club licence if granted a premises licence. The application had not attracted any representations and was in line with Board Policy. The applicant had therefore been advised his attendance was not required and had decided to take this opportunity.

Mr Cummings, solicitor for applicant, addressed the Board in support of the application. Mr Cummings provided an updated wording for young person’s access which was distributed to the Board.
Thereafter, The Board heard Sergeant Flett speak to the letter. Thereafter Diane Sande, LSO, spoke to her letter.

Variation of Premises Licence - Paramount Bar, 21 Bon Accord Street, Aberdeen, AB11 6EA PDF 48 KB Minutes: The Board had before them a letter of representation from Police Scotland dated 27 September 2017, LSO memo dated 29 September 2017 and letter of objection from a member of public dated 13 September 2017.
Theresa Hunt, solicitor for the applicant alongside Martin Brown on behalf of the applicant, addressed the Board in support of the application.
