The Sub Committee had before it an information note prepared by the interim Chief Officer – Governance, which advised that (1) three objections had been received; and (2) the application required to be determined by 3 May 2024.

 

The applicant was not in attendance, nor represented.

 

The objectors were not in attendance, nor represented.

 

The Sub Committee resolved:-

to refuse the application on the grounds of public safety, noting that the location of the vessel would be in close proximity to the junction.
