Minutes:
With reference to article 9 of the minute of the meeting of 28 March 2024, the Committee had before it a report by the Executive Director – Families & Communities, which presented the Cluster Risk Registers and Assurance Maps in accordance with Communities, Housing and Public Protection Committee Terms of Reference to provide assurance that risks were being managed effectively within the Clusters as detailed in 3.2 of the report.
The report recommended:-
that the Committee note the Cluster Risk Registers and Assurance Maps set out in Appendices A to I.
The Committee resolved:-
(i) in relation to the identified risk of non-compliance with Interventions/food Law code of practice due to lack of qualified officers on page 163 of the agenda pack, to note that the Executive Director – Families & Communities, was aware that discussions with other authorities in relation to shared services were ongoing and would report back to Councillor Nicoll in this regard; and
(ii) to note the report.
