Minutes:
The Committee had before it a report by the Director of Communities, Housing and Infrastructure which provided an update of the Council’s Strategic Housing Investment Plan (SHIP) for 2015-2020 which set out the Council’s plans for affordable housing during this period.
The report recommended:-
That the Committee -
(a) approve the Strategic Local Programme Agreement as at appendix 1;
(b) approve the additional projects to be included in the SHIP 2015-2020 as at appendix 2; and
(c) instruct Council officers to submit the revised SHIP to the Scottish Government.
The committee resolved:-
to approve the recommendations.
