Issue - decisions

(i)       to note the information provided in relation to the Whistleblowing Policy;

(ii)      to request that a report be submitted to this Committee providing an update on the Whistleblowing Policy, how it is implemented, communicated and monitored throughout the organisation;

(iii)      to approve the annual report; and

(iv)     to refer the report to the Council for their consideration.
