Issue - decisions

(i)         to note the contents of the report;

(ii)        to agree in principle to the creation of a post of Administration Assistant (Enforcement) on a 1-year fixed-term contract and instruct officers to take forward a detailed business case to implement; and

(iii)       to instruct officers to report back to the Committee in nine months’ time following the appointment of an Administration Assistant (Enforcement) to provide an update on enforcement of the private rented housing sector.
