Issue - decisions

(i)            to instruct the Clerk to identify a date for Members to receive an on-site briefing from Police Scotland on armed policing and police dogs;

(ii)          to request that an update be circulated to Members via email from the North East Division, on the recruitment of LGBT+ candidates; and the delivery of training programmes which aimed to increase awareness of LGBT+ issues for all serving police officers; and

(iii)         otherwise endorse the report.

(i)            to request the North East Division to provide further information on how it supports the Ask Angela campaign and for this response to be circulated to Members by email;

(ii)          to request the North East Division to provide an update on its work with schools to tackle vandalism on school estates and for this response to be circulated to Members by email;

(iii)         to endorse the report; and

(iv)         to thank Chief Superintendent Thomson for his informative presentation.

(i)            to request that an update be circulated to members on Police Scotland’s approach towards the Duty to Notify;

(ii)          to ask members to contact the Clerk if they had any suggestions for future thematic reports; and

(iii)         otherwise note the report.
