Issue - decisions

The Board resolved :-

(i)            to note the report and the information on progress against the action

plan as presented in Appendix A;

(ii)          to note that an interim update report will be provided to Clinical and Care Governance Committee in November 2021; and

(iii)         to record appreciaton to the team for moving forward with the Action Plan during the challenging pandemic.
