The Board resolved :-
(i) In relation to the consultation on the National Care Service (as outlined at section 3.12 below), to agree that the Chief Officer (following a Board Workshop and final consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair), sign off the Board’s response to the consultation ahead of the deadline of 18 October 2021; and
(ii) to note the details contained in the report.
