Issue - decisions

The Board resolved :-

(i)            to approve the Business Case for the development of a Navigator Service in the Emergency Department of Aberdeen Royal Infirmary;

(ii)          to make the Direction, as attached at Appendix A, and instructs the Chief Officer to issue the Direction to National Health Service Grampian (NHSG); and

(iii)         to instruct the Chief Officer, ACHSCP to present an evaluation and update report to the RAPC prior to conclusion of Year 2 funding.
