Issue - decisions

The Committee resolved :-

(i)            to approve the revised Board Assurance and Escalation Framework (BAEF) as attached at Appendix A;

(ii)          to agree that the Framework continue to be reviewed annually by RAPC; and

(iii)         to consider the result of governance reviews within IJB, ACC and NHSG and reflect appropriate changes within future reporting of the BAEF.
