Issue - decisions

(i)       to note the Thematic Review;

(ii)       to approve the Action Plan (at Appendix A) developed to address findings and instruct the Chief Social Work Officer to report progress on delivering on the Key Findings in Autumn 2025; and

(iii)      to note that multi-agency learning from this Thematic Review would be used to inform the refresh of the Children’s Services Plan.
