The Council resolved:-
(i) to approve the Council diary for 2026 appended to the report; and
(ii) to schedule an additional Council meeting for 3 December 2025 at 10.30am, for the primary purpose of considering the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Budget, as per the budget protocol.
