11/11/2025 - City Centre Affordable Housing Waiver - CR&E/25/227

The Committee resolved:-

(i)             to note that on 25 August 2022 Council approved an extension of the Affordable Housing waiver until 31 December 2025;and

(ii)            to agree to further extend the Affordable Housing waiver until 31 December 2027.
