Reasons
1.Large wheelie bins become overfilled so badly that they are unable to be closed, because of that animals are able to easily get into the bin bags to look for food but that in turn makes the area messy.
2.One overfilled bin can have a massive impact on the areas surrounding it due to local birds carrying waste over a large area.
3.Health hazards come into play where things like used razors, tampons or batteries can be picked up by small children or be eaten by pets like dogs or cats.
4.Areas covered in waste are not amazing to look at as we all know it impacts the mood of people but i feel like younger generations living in areas are impacted by it the most.

Bin hutsare common in European cities where they are installed in larger neighborhoods to prevent animals and homeless people from picking out trash to prevent a spread of waste.
My idea for it is to have a 2 way design with 2 doors one for the tenants of the area and the other for the lorry drivers/workers.One door will have a lock for a key solely made for the tenants that only they will have while the other door will be open with the same key for a larger area so that the lorry workers don't have to carry many keys.
