• Councillor Ian Yuill - - Councillor Yuill declared a financial interest in the subject matter of the following article by virtue of his ownership of a neighbouring property, and a non financial interest as a Governor of Robert Gordon’s College. Councillor Yuill withdrew from the meeting.
• Councillor Kirsty Blackman - Pecuniary - During the course of discussion Councillor Kirsty West declared a financial interest by virtue of her partner being employed by Robert Gordon’s College. Councillor West withdrew from the meeting at this point.
