• Councillor Martin Greig - - In regards to item 8.1 on the agenda, land at Newton of Pitfodels, the Vice Convener advised that he lived locally to the application site, however they did not consider that this connection amounted to an interest which would prevent him from participating in the consideration and determination of the item.
