• Councillor Alan Donnelly - Non Pecuniary - At this stage, Councillor Donnelly declared an interest by virtue of being the Chairperson of the Management Committee of Ferryhill Community Centre. He did not consider that the nature of his interest was significant enough to require him to withdraw from the meeting.
