• Councillor Ramsay Milne - Non Pecuniary - The Convener and Councillor Jean Morrison MBE declared interests in relation to the following item by virtue of their membership of the Board of Aberdeen Heat and Power Limited. Both members considered that the nature of their interests required them to leave the meeting and took no part in the deliberations thereon. In the absence of the Convener, Councillor Thomson took the Chair.
