• Councillor Willie Young - Personal - During the consideration of the following item of business, the Convener declared an interest in the subject matter by virtue of knowing one of the parties involved in the bidding process. The Convener then withdrew from the meeting and was substituted by Councillor Nathan Morrison, for this item only. At this juncture, the Vice Convener assumed the Chair.
