• Councillor Willie Young - - Prior to consideration of the following item of business, the Convener declared an interest in the subject matter by virtue of his association with the development company involved, Carlton Rock Limited. The Convener then withdrew from the meeting and was substituted by Councillor Nathan Morrison, for this item only. At this juncture, the Vice Convener assumed the Chair.
