• Councillor Graham Dickson - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Dickson declared an interest in relation to item 1 (CAB – Debt Advice Service), of the Committee Business Statement by virtue of his position on the Citizens’ Advice Bureau Management Committee and withdrew from the meeting during consideration of that item only.
