• Councillor Barney Crockett - Non Pecuniary - The Convener and Councillor Crockett declared an interest in the subject matter of the following article by virtue of their position as members of the Board of the North East Scotland Japan Trust. Councillor Reynolds declared an interest by virtue of his position as a Trustee of the North East Scotland Japan Trust in a personal capacity. Each of the Councillors considered that the nature of their interest required them to leave the meeting and took no part in the Committee’s deliberations thereon.
