 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'Governance of Arms Length External Organisations (CG/14/009)'

• Councillor Gordon Townson - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Townson declared an interest in the subject matter of the following article by virtue of his association with Garthdee Alpine Sports Board. Councillor Townson did not feel it was necessary to withdraw from the meeting.
• Councillor Marie Boulton - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Boulton declared an interest in the subject matter of the following article by virtue of her position as Council appointed Board member of Sport Aberdeen. Councillor Boulton chose to remain in the meeting as Sport Aberdeen had a specific exclusion in terms of the Councillors’ Code of Conduct.
