• Councillor Ramsay Milne - Non Pecuniary - Prior to consideration of the following item (application 5/02), Councillor Milne declared an interest in the following article by virtue of the fact that he had made representation in respect of a similar application and had discussed the application with respondents, and withdrew from the meeting as a member of the Committee during consideration of the item.
• Councillor Steve Delaney, the Depute Provost - Non Pecuniary - Prior to consideration of the following item (application 5/01), Councillor Delaney declared an interest in the following article by virtue of his role as Vice Convener of Housing and Property Services at Grampian Housing Association, and withdrew from the meeting during consideration of the item.
