• Councillor M. Tauqeer Malik - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Malik declared an interest by virtue of his membership of Unite the Union, Councillor Malik did not consider it necessary to leave the meeting.
• Councillor Neil Copland - Prejudicial - Councillor Copland declared an interest in the followig item by virtue of a conversation he had had the day before the meeting. Councillor Copland felt this discussion would prejudice his consideration of the matter and left the meeting for this item.
