• Councillor Len Ironside CBE - Prejudicial - Councillors Boulton, Cooney and Ironside declared an interest in the subject matter of the following article of business by virtue of their positions as Board members of Aberdeen International Youth Festival. Councillors Cooney and Ironside did not feel it was necessary to withdraw from the meeting during consideration of this item. Councillor Boulton considered that the nature of her interest required her to leave the meeting and take no part in the deliberations thereon. Councillor Boulton was substituted by Councillor Finlayson for this item only.
