• Councillor Yvonne Allan - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Allan declared an interest in relation to the following item of business by virtue of her position as Council appointed member of Visit Aberdeenshire. Councillor Allan considered that the nature of her interest required her to leave the meeting and she took no part in the Committee’s deliberations thereon.
