• Councillor Jim Farquharson - Pecuniary - Councillor Farquharson declared a pecuniary interest in the subject matter of the following article, by virtue of being a shareholder in Total Gas and Power Limited. Councillor Farquharson withdrew from the meeting prior to this item being considered, and therefore took no part in any discussion on the matter
