• Councillor Alan Donnelly - Prejudicial - DECLARATION OF INTEREST Councillor Donnelly declared an interest in relation to the following item of business by virtue of him being a member of the AECC Board. He considered that the nature of his interest required him to leave the meeting and he took no part in the Committee’s deliberations thereon. Councillor Wheeler substituted for Councillor Donnelly.
