 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'Declarations of Interests'

• Councillor Alexander McLellan - - Councillor McLellan declared an interest in item 6.1 (Bon Accord Centre, Mixed Use Development) by virtue of him residing in close proximity to the proposed development. Councillor McLellan considered that the nature of his interest did not require him to leave the meeting. Councillor McLellan also declared an interest in item 6.2 (5-9 Union Street, Change of Use of Pavement to Provide an External Seating Area Outside the Premises) by virtue of him being a shareholder in the Company who submitted the application and considered that his interest did require him to leave the meeting, therefore he took no part in the deliberations thereof.
