• Councillor Douglas Lumsden MSP - Non Pecuniary - the Convener declared an interest in item 11.2 (Pension Fund Guarantee Request) by virtue of him being a Council appointed Board member of the organisation outlined in the exempt report. He considered that the nature of his interest required him to leave the meeting and he took no part in the consideration of this item
