• Councillor Jackie Dunbar MSP - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Dunbar declared an interest in item 10.9 (Funding Request – Balmoral Stadium) by virtue of her daughter being a football player for Cove Rangers Ladies Football Club, she considered that the nature of her interest required her to leave the meeting and therefore took no part in the consideration of this item.
