• Councillor Jackie Dunbar MSP - Pecuniary - Councillor Dunbar declared a potential pecuniary interest in the subject matter of the following article, and withdrew from the meeting prior to consideration of the matter.
• Councillor John West - Non Pecuniary - Councillor John West declared an interest by virtue of his position as substitute member of the Grampian Joint Police Board and confirmed he had not taken part in any discussion of this matter at any meeting of the Board, and therefore would remain in the meeting.
• Councillor Kevin Stewart MSP - Non Pecuniary - The Convener declared an interest in the article by virtue of his position as a member of the Grampian Joint Police Board. The Convener advised that he had at no stage discussed this matter at a meeting of the Grampian Joint Police Board, and therefore would remain in the meeting.
