• Councillor Neil Fletcher - Personal - The Vice Convener declared an interest in the following article by virtue of his position as Director of Castlegate Arts, and advised that this was not a Council appointed position. The Vice Convener did not feel it was necessary to withdraw from the meeting during consideration of the article.
