• Councillor Jim Noble - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Noble declared an interest in the following item of business by virtue of his position as a Council appointed representative for Aberdeen Lads Club. Councillor Noble considered that the nature of his interest required him to leave the meeting when matters affecting Aberdeen Lads Club were considered.
