• Councillor Douglas Lumsden MSP - - Councillor Lumsden declared an interest for item 6.2 May Baird Avenue, by virtue of him being a Council appointed member of NHS Grampian Board. He considered that the nature of his interest required him to leave the meeting and he therefore would take no part in the consideration or deliberation of the item.
