• Councillor Douglas Lumsden MSP - Non Pecuniary - the Convener declared an interest in item 14.4 (Queen Street Redevelopment Programme Update - Exempt Appendix) by virtue of him being a Council appointed Board member of NHS Grampian. He considered that the nature of his interest did not require him to leave the meeting and therefore chose to remain in the meeting for consideration of the item
