• Councillor Mrs Jennifer Stewart - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Jennifer Stewart declared an interest in the matter by reason of her appointment to the Board of Aberdeen Performing Arts. Councillor Stewart withdrew from the meeting prior to consideration of the matter and took no part in the deliberations thereon.
