3.1 Declarations of Interest or Connections
- Councillor Sandra Macdonald - - Councillor Macdonald advised that she was a substitute member on the IJB in relation to item 6.3 (former Banks of Dee Care Home). However she did not consider the connection required a declaration of interest, and indicated that she would remain in the meeting for consideration of the item.
