- Councillor Simon Watson - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Watson declared an interest in relation to agenda item 11.1 (Regional Economic Strategy) by virtue of him being a member of the Trade Union Congress. He considered that the nature of his interest would require him to leave the meeting prior to consideration of the item
