- Councillor Richard Brooks - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Brooks declared an interest in item 14.2 (Disposal of Site 16 Lang Stracht, Aberdeen, AB15 6TU), by virtue of him being involved with a foodbank. He considered that the nature of his interest would require him to leave the meeting prior to consideration of the item
