Description
Facilitates and enhances partnerships between regions which are affected by the North Sea. Promotes the North Sea basin as a major economic entity within Europe, by encouraging joint development initiatives and political lobbying at EU level. Its activities bring positive benefits to the people of the North Sea basin.
