Election of Convener Minutes: Councillor Donnelly nominated Councillor Boulton
Depute Provost Mason seconded the nomination.
The Board resolved:-
To unanimously elect Councillor Boulton as Convener of the Licensing Board.
Depute Provost Mason left the meeting.
DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Councillor Townson declared an interest in item 5. Variation of a premises licence for Abergeldie Bar following discussions with an objector, he indicated he will leave the Chamber for the duration of the item.
